Mark: “Proudest moment - Being awarded a City & Guilds Chefing Certificate; Happiest occasion – The birth of my first son.”

Mark: “Winning the Lottery and regaining strength.”
Different Strokes: What is your favourite tipple when available and what do you usually prefer when out with friends?
Mark: “Lager top; Jack Daniels and Coke.”

Mark: “Fishing.”
Different Strokes: Do you have any particular hobbies/activities you are still able to enjoy?
Mark: “Poker.”
